HOW
Through our disciplined process, we identify, acquire, and reposition value-add multifamily properties. After acquiring a property, we execute a business plan to produce a greater then average return. The returns that are generated get passed onto our investment partners.
Leadership
Chad N. Cudworth - Owner
Over the past 20 years Chad has been successful in delivering profitable returns in real estate, private equity, and capital markets. During that time, he’s sourced, negotiated, and completed over $1 billion in asset transactions.
Chad holds a Master's in Finance from Seattle University and a Bachelor's in Economics from Central Washington University. He uses analytical skills to identify investment opportunities and deliver strong risk adjusted ROI to investors. His understanding of multifamily risk/return drivers is key to his success to manage assets. Chad currently lives in the greater Seattle area with his wife and two children.
